Climbing at the Tournette
Left: Start of the route just right of the mostly dry waterfall.
Right: Big round jugs alternating with smooth fristion sections.
Left: Traversing the waterfall. It's already hard enough when it's dry, I can't imagine when it's wet. And the 2nd is not all that well protected.
Right: Upper part of the route with beautiful carved limestone.
Left: Rapelling down the waterfall.
Right: The cliff of Tournette with the waterfall right in the middle.
Right: Another route on the Tournette. Actually we are off-route, but it was still good if a little hard.
Left: Rapelling down the Tournette with part of the Aravis range behind us, towards the north.
Right: More technical slabs.
Left: Group of big mountain goats.
Above: Another view of Tournette from farther north at the Aulp pass.
